A Sacred Origin Reflection: Remembering the Women Who Live Within You
Before you read further, pause.
Take one slow breath in through your nose.
Exhale gently through your mouth.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your body arrive.
You are not here to learn something new.
You are here to remember.
Invitation
The women of history are not separate from you.
Their courage, creativity, devotion, intuition, and sovereignty live on - quietly, patiently - waiting for recognition.
Let yourself meet them not with the mind, but with the body.
Reflection
Ask yourself, slowly and honestly:
Which woman from history stirred something in me as I read?
What quality of hers felt familiar rather than impressive?
Where in my life am I being asked to embody that same essence?
Now bring awareness inward:
Where in my body do I feel most alive lately?
Where do I feel constrained, muted, or cautious?
What part of me has been waiting for permission to emerge?
Notice without judgment.
The body often holds the answers long before the mind understands the question.
Lineage Inquiry
Gently place a hand over your heart or womb space.
Ask:
What wisdom has traveled through the women before me?
What did they know that I am remembering now?
What am I here to carry forward - not repeat, but evolve?
You may receive words.
Images.
Emotions.
Or simply a feeling.
All of it is welcome.
Divine Creation Prompt
Journal or reflect on this question -
If I trusted my inner knowing as deeply as the women before me once did... what would I create next?
Do not censor the answer.
Let it be imperfect.
Let it be unfinished.
Let it be true.
Creation does not require certainty - only willingness.
Closing Integration
You do not need to become extraordinary to honor the lineage.
You honor it when you:
Speak truth gently but clearly
Choose alignment over approval
Rest when your body asks
Create from desire rather than demand
Trust what moves through you
This is how the lineage continues.
Not through imitation - but through embodiment.
When you live from this place, you are not alone.
You are walking with every woman who remembered herself before you.
And every woman who will remember herself because of you.
