Cancellation/Refund Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

I value your time as well as my time, and I appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following policy.

 

All sessions will be paid in full before the session occurs.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule

To avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. There are available options to avoid cancellation so as to not incur cancellation charges.

 

Fees for Late Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment with less than the required notice, the full price of the session will be charged to your account. You can reschedule your appointment at any time 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Just click on the reschedule/cancel button on your confirmation email.

 

No Refunds for Services Rendered

Please note that no refunds will be given for services rendered, even if the outcome did not meet your expectations.
